It can be done for either a new certification or recertification. First Aid This training teaches non-healthcare professionals (i.e. teachers, students, construction workers, office workers, etc.) basic first aid skills in bleeding, burns, physical injuries, allergic reactions, seizures, and more. It can also include one of the following skill boosts: tourniquet application, opioid overdose treatment, splinting broken bones, asthma inhaler administration, epi-pen administration & blood borne pathogens education.
